Family Trip pt 3: Polar Express

Our ultimate destination for our trip was the Polar Express Train in Williams, Arizona. It was super cute, everyone was in PJs. On the train there was singing, hot cocoa, and cookies. We took a magic portal to the North Pole. Jillian was disappointed  that we didn’t get out at the North Pole, but Santa did join us on the train. He stopped and talked to every child on the train, giving them a silver bell. Claire loved it the most! Jillian and Olivia were a bit sceptical afterwards. Also my camera died and these are the only photos I was able to get.

Teacher of the Year

I was so honored today by my staff. They have chosen me as their very first Teacher of the Year for Beacon Park. It has been such an adventure starting Beacon Park! I am surrounded by amazing teachers and administrators.

Sender One

Adrian has been taking the girls to Sender One. It is a  rock climbing activity center.  They have gotten so much better since their first visit. He’s been taking them climbing every weekend.

San Francisco Trip

I took Jillian and Olivia with me to visit Lacey in San Francisco. Main goals of the girls were to see the Golden Gate Bridge and Large trees. Lacey took us to to Muir Woods across the Golden Gate Bridge. Then we ate at Boudin’s and saw the sea lions. Olivia loved learning about the sea lions!

Dash’s hair

Dash’s hair is always the last thing I want to deal with. Last week I couldn’t take it anymore and I shaved his face myself. haha oh my it was so bad! I took him to get a haircut and since I hadn’t brushed him in a while, he had to be shaved all the way down. He looks like a different dog now, but at least I don’t have to worry about brushing him for a while.
